Shelly graduated from Arkansas State University in 2005 where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in finance, with an emphasis in real estate. She began working in the banking industry in 2006, gaining valuable experience in both commercial and residential lending, as well as assisting a sizeable trust department. Most recently, she has been assisting customers in the Manila, Monette, Leachville, and Caraway areas with their lending needs.

Shelly is married to Rusty Jackson, and together they have two boys, Drew and Luke Jackson. Shelly and her family have called the Manila area home for 17 years, and consider themselves to be proud members of their community.
